Subscription & Plans

How can I upgrade my current plan?

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  3. Click the "Upgrade" button
  4. Complete the payment process

When you upgrade, any unused generations from your current plan will be added to your new plan. For example, if you have 5 generations left on the Basic plan and upgrade to Pro (100 generations), you'll have 155 generations available.

How can I downgrade my current plan?

To downgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling, you'll keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. Your remaining generations will be preserved. Once your subscription ends, you can purchase any new plan you prefer.

What happens to my unused generations when I upgrade?

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, any unused generations from your current plan will be automatically added to your new plan's allocation. This ensures you don't lose any value when upgrading.

For example:

  • If you have 10 generations left on Basic and upgrade to Pro (100 generations), you'll have 160 generations available
  • If you have 30 generations left on Pro and upgrade to Business (1000 generations), you'll have 1030 generations available
Can I add more generations to my current plan?

Yes, you can add more generations to your current plan without upgrading to a higher tier. To do this:

  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. You'll see an option to "Add More" generations to your current plan
  3. Click this button and complete the payment

This will add the same number of generations as your plan normally includes, for the same price as a monthly subscription.

What's the difference between the plans?

We offer three subscription plans to meet different needs:

  • Basic ($5/month): 20 email replies per month, basic templates, and community support.
  • Pro ($10/month): 100 email replies per month, premium templates, priority support, and faster response times.
  • Business ($25/month): 1000 email replies per month, all Pro features plus fine-tuning of rules, team collaboration, and dedicated support.

How can I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. In the "Account Settings" section, you'll find the password change form
  3. Enter your current password and your new password
  4. Click "Update Password" to save your changes
How can I view my usage history?

To view your generation history:

  1. Go to the History page
  2. Here you'll see all your previous email generations
  3. You can review both the original email and the generated reply

Note: Generation history is available on Pro and Business plans. Basic plan users have limited history access.

How does the email reply generation work?

Our AI-powered email reply system works in a few simple steps:

  1. Paste the email you received into the text area on the app page
  2. Select the tone and style you want for your response
  3. Choose additional options like your role or the recipient's name (optional)
  4. Click "Generate Reply"
  5. Within seconds, you'll receive a professionally crafted email response
  6. You can copy the response directly or make edits before using it

Each generation uses one credit from your plan's allocation.

Can I use promo codes for extra generations?

Yes, we offer promotional codes that can add extra generations to your account. To redeem a promo code:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Find the "Promo Code" section
  3. Enter your code in the field provided
  4. Click "Apply" to add the generations to your account

Note: Each promo code can be used only once per account, and some codes may have expiration dates.
