1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

Reply4 (the Service) is an AI-powered email assistant that helps users draft replies to emails. The Service includes:

• Web Application: Our online platform accessible at www.reply4.com that uses advanced natural language processing technology to generate human-like responses based on the content of incoming emails and user preferences.
• Browser Extension: A browser extension (Reply4 Email Assistant) that integrates with popular email services like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail to provide seamless email assistance directly within your email interface. The extension requires certain browser permissions to function properly, including access to active tabs and the ability to inject scripts into supported email websites.

Both components of the Service work together to provide you with AI-powered email assistance, whether you prefer to use our web interface or work directly within your email client.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Our Service offers various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Payment

We accept payment through credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies as available on our payment page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next billing period.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 User Content

Our Service allows you to input email content to generate replies. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and the use of the generated replies. You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content only as necessary for technical purposes to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your content for any other purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unethical
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Collect or track the personal information of others

7. Browser Extension

7.1 Extension Permissions

Our browser extension requires certain permissions to function properly, including:

• Active Tab Access: To identify when you are using supported email services and to interact with email compose fields
• Storage: To securely store your authentication tokens and preferences locally in your browser
• Scripting: To inject our assistance interface into supported email websites
• Host Permissions: To access and interact with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and other supported email services

These permissions are used solely to provide the email assistance functionality and are not used to collect or transmit data beyond what is necessary for the Service. The extension does not modify website content without user interaction or permission.

7.2 Extension Security

Your authentication tokens and preferences are stored locally in your browser using secure browser storage APIs. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data during transmission between the extension and our servers. The extension does not include any third-party tracking libraries or data collection services.

7.3 Extension Compatibility

The browser extension is designed to work with popular email services and modern browsers. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all email services or browser configurations. Email service providers may update their interfaces, which could temporarily affect extension functionality.

7.4 Supported Browsers and Email Services

Our extension supports:

7.5 Extension Behavior

Our extension is designed to be respectful of your browsing experience:

• No Interference: The extension does not interfere with the normal operation of websites or other browser extensions
• User-Initiated Actions: All extension functionality is triggered by explicit user actions, not automatically
• No Background Activity: The extension does not perform any background activities that could affect browser performance
• No Advertisements: The extension does not display advertisements or promotional content
• No Redirects: The extension does not redirect users to other websites or modify browsing behavior

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are owned by Reply4 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

10. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate email replies based on your input. While we strive to provide high-quality content generation, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, inaccuracies, or unintended outputs.

Please do not share confidential, sensitive, or personal information in the input fields. We do not store your email content permanently; input data and generated replies are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and for your history access, after which they are deleted. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security due to the involvement of third-party AI providers.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content should always be reviewed and edited by you before use
• You are solely responsible for the final text you send using our Service
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the Service
• The Service may not be suitable for all types of communications, especially those requiring specialized knowledge or expertise

AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate email replies and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.
We do not assume liability for any consequences arising from use of AI-generated content. Users must independently verify content before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reply4 or the Service, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• The use of AI-generated content in communications or other contexts

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reply4 and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your user content caused damage to a third party

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

18. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unethical activities, including but not limited to phishing, scamming, spamming, impersonation, bypassing security restrictions, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Any such activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

We reserve the right to monitor, block, suspend, or delete any account at our sole discretion if we suspect or detect any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, without prior notice and without refund. We may also report such activity to law enforcement authorities or third parties as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or from any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity by you or any third party. You use the Service at your own risk.

We are not liable for the actions of third parties, including payment processors, email providers, AI model providers, or any other external services used in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and to block or terminate access to the Service at any time, without explanation, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or its users.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for digital products once delivery has been made or access has been granted. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Paddle Payments

All payments and subscriptions for Reply4 are processed securely via Paddle, our international payment provider. When you make a purchase or subscribe, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, subscription renewals, and cancellations. You will receive payment confirmation and invoices directly from Paddle.
We do not store or process your payment card details on our servers. All payment information is handled securely by Paddle.

19. Third-Party Payment Services

We are not responsible for the operation and security of third-party payment systems used for payment of our services. All financial transactions are made directly with payment providers, and you must comply with their terms and conditions.
